A fast and competently planned project with quality components at a very good price. Change requests implemented very quickly. A panel that was slightly scratched during transportation was replaced on the same day as a precaution. In addition, all deadlines were met exactly as communicated.
Certainly not usual in the industry.
I have widely recommended WestfahlenVolt to my circle of friends. (System: 10.4Kw on roof and garage with 9KW storage)

The cooperation with Westfalenvolt during the installation of my photovoltaic system was absolutely outstanding. Right from the start, the company impressed me with its professionalism and commitment to renewable energy. The advice they offered me was comprehensive and tailored to my needs. They patiently explained all the steps of the process and helped me make the best decisions for my requirements.

The actual installation went smoothly and demonstrated the high level of expertise of their team. The installers were on time, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently so that the system was up and running in no time.

Since the photovoltaic system has been up and running, I have been impressed with the performance and energy savings I am achieving. My electricity bills have dropped significantly, and I'm helping to protect the environment. Westfalenvolt has not only won my trust, but also exceeded my expectations.

My partner and I would like to share our satisfaction with WestfalenVolt. As a young couple just starting to build a house, our decision was solar energy and WestfalenVolt.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the different solar options and helped us find the best solution for our new home.
Since we are newcomers to solar, we had a lot of questions, which were all answered patiently and professionally.
The installation of our solar panel system also went perfectly. The team was well organized and left the site clean and safe.
Since our solar panel system has been up and running, our energy costs have gone down and we feel good about doing our part for the environment while saving money.
We are very happy to have chosen WestfalenVolt and can only recommend them.

I was very satisfied from the first contact to the preparation of the offer, through the operational (craftsmanship) to the commercial processing. A big thank you to all those involved.
The PV system was ordered at the beginning of June 2023. The installation of the modules was carried out in July 2023, and the inverter and the storage system were installed and connected. Less than a month later, the commissioning already happened. Everything went according to the preliminary schedule and in some cases even earlier than stated. My emails were answered promptly, professionally and in a friendly manner. And this applies to all departments of WestfalenVolt: from the initial consultation, through order planning, delivery, roof installation, electrical installation, invoicing, to registration with the grid operator and market master data register. All employees were very helpful and friendly. The installation dates were agreed in good time and my personal time window was always taken into account. Overall a very positive experience and definitely a 5 star recommendation!

I would like to thank you for the excellent photovoltaic installation. The entire WestfalenVolt team did a great job and I am extremely satisfied with the result. The installation was done professionally and efficiently and the result looks fantastic. The roof and electrical installation took only one day each. All in all, the process was quite quick and so I would also like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer care and service I received throughout the process. The staff was always friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and concerns promptly.

Young perfect team. All promises were kept and implemented. The work was carried out competently, reliably, cleanly and friendly. We are completely satisfied and can recommend WestfalenVolt with a clear conscience! It's nice that companies like this still exist.
Even the consultation was very comprehensive and professional, and the installation also went smoothly and, above all, very cleanly on the roof and facade.
The hardware has been running great for a few months now. I am curious to see whether the predicted annual yield values are actually achieved.
From the initial contact to completion, I was completely satisfied. The work on site was carried out properly and the site was left clean. Really to recommend!

I am absolutely and completely satisfied. Really everyone in the team is friendly, courteous and highly competent. The response times, whether for inquiries or offers, are incredibly fast. Inquiries are usually answered within a few hours, offers are already available the following day. Deadlines are met with the utmost reliability. From the preparation of the offer to the final acceptance, everything was top notch. Communication was always great. Whether the workmen on the roof or the electricians at the fuse box, everyone was always nice and talkative.

I would like to comment on the process in more detail:
I was called by the office staff of Westfalenvolt and initial questions were answered and an on-site appointment for a consultation was arranged. Mr. Djosovic came a few minutes late, but then made up for everything in the conversation. Here again special thanks to Mr. Djosovic, who always stood by us during the process and was always available.
The modules were then installed about a month after the initial consultation: this took a total of one day. 4 weeks later, the electrician came and installed the inverter and the storage tank and put the system into operation. There were a few minor difficulties with the grid operator, which delayed the process by a week, but Mr. Brimo and Mr. Djosovic were very meticulous and took care of everything. During this time, I could always contact Mr. Djosovic and if he was not available, the office staff was there to help me.
The company Westfalenvolt definitely gets a thumbs up and I am very satisfied with their services.

I give five stars for the following reasons. The sales advice was excellent, I was answered all relevant questions about the PV system, so thank you very much again. Every phone call and conversation was always characterized by the utmost courtesy. It was very important to me personally that they understood what my concerns were and this was demonstrated and implemented with the greatest competence. The on-site appointment was also extremely excellent and more than competent such employees needs a company also here a huge thank you. The installation of the modules was also excellent, fast and clean.
After the feed permit everything went very quickly and the final commissioning with wiring, installation of the storage and technical explanation with all components went very well. Finally, I would also like to mention that the company WestfalenVolt really offers a very very fair price that is in line with the market. I can say that so clearly, because even I had three other comparative offers.
Our thanks as a family go to the company WestfalenVolt and to the extremely competent employees of this company. Mfg Hansmeier family

I am full of praise. From the first contact to the completion and commissioning of the plant, just under 2 months have passed. Very big part that we have concluded the contract with WestfalenVolt has customer consultant Mr. Eli, who was able to answer all our questions and comments with his expertise but also the necessary patience.
I am full of admiration and very grateful. Solar energy from the outside and sun in the heart - that's how it works!
