I have been able to accompany Yvonne as a friend for a while now. I have also proudly observed her professional development. I have to be honest, before I knew someone personally who worked with the methods Yvonne uses, especially hypnosis, I always smiled a little. After I was traumatized by various private events a few years ago, went through all the stages such as a psychologist etc., but none of it helped, I turned to Yvonne. From the very first phone call, I had the feeling that I was in the right place. Yvonne listened, asked exactly the right questions and had a suitable solution for virtually every problem I had. She put together a hypnosis session tailored to me, which we carried out online. During this video call, too, I immediately had the feeling that I had arrived, as if Yvonne had always known me. After several attempts to stop smoking, I thought I would try hypnosis. I had a smoking cessation session with Yvonne. Even the free initial telephone consultation was very pleasant. Yvonne takes a lot of time to answer every question and explain the process of the session and hypnosis in detail. I immediately felt that I was in good hands and understood. The session itself was really great. The smoking cessation session lasted 2.5 hours. I was explained very well and in detail about the toxins and harmful substances in a cigarette. Yvonne also explained in detail about smoking behavior. So I understood exactly why I kept going back to cigarettes and why it was so difficult for me to stop. I didn't know a lot of what I learned, even though I had smoked for over 20 years. The hypnosis was very pleasant. Yvonne has a very calming manner and a pleasant voice.
