Good customer experience, however the car did not meet my expectations (for a 2019 model). The car inspection is past due (overdue by 36,000 km), the ride on the autobahn was disappointing, the car wobbled at 140km (wheel alignment) and the breaks are/were squeaky. I offered my 2017 Jaguar XE R-Sport, but received an unacceptable low offer (dealer maintained, spotless, new TÜV, the car is in immaculate condition). BOTTOM LINE: I am still interested in the car and will sell my Jaguar via a private sale. Will pay cash for the Infinity Q60S, pending better price (considering the many deficiencies that I have previously identified. Thank you in advance!

Everything was completely straightforward from start to finish and he was very understanding.
I felt very comfortable and with a very good feeling bought the car.
Mr. Zurlo, is a very friendly, experienced seller, with him you could talk very well and has ensprechende solutions. Even the whole team in the sales room are very friendly and this service with this friendliness would have to look at other sellers times, then they would also sell more vehicles. I bought the vehicle with a clear conscience and if I need a new one, I would look there first, before I go to another dealership. I would personally give Mr. Zurlo an extra reward. The negative is only the parking possibility for visitors, that should be tackled.

Einzig negative bei Auslieferung des Fahrzeug war das die Restkilometerangabe mit 0 km angegeben war. Soll heißen, Tank leer!
Lapidar auf die nächste Tankstelle in ca 300m verwiesen.
Hier wäre wünschenswert gewesen, das der Tank mit einem mindest Reserveinhalt übergeben wird.
Bei einem Kaufpreis X kann man zumindest erwarten das der Kraftstofftank mit 5-10 l gefüllt ist. Dahingehend besteht Verbesserungspotential.
Herr Zurlo nahm sich Zeit für mich, beantwortete geduldig meine Fragen und eruierte Angebotsaltelternativen. Er war zuvorkommend und vermittelte das Gefühl, beim autohaus24 in Egelsbach als Kunde gut aufgehoben zu sein. Vielen Dank!
Dear Sirs, as a customer of Sixt Rent a Car ( Card number 19 53 80 21 ) I am hugely and seriously disappointed in a professionalism of your employee and even more in a condition of car which I wanted to buy from your company. On specific question over the phone “ Is car Unfallfrei “ he said YES. So I took free day at work, traveled with my work colleague and car from Koln to Frankfurt/Egelsbach just to find out that car has damages on front bumper, both edge doors, right back on top over the wheel…
On my specific question “ Concerning this damages ( which I didn’t expect because he said car is coming out of leasing and without damages ) can you make small correction of price , he replied price is fixed no changes “. I turned around and left without even taking it for a test drive. Now , if I wanted such bumped car, I would go to some Turkish or Russian car dealers not to your company about which, up until today, I had very, very good opinion. For me , it was supposed to be a happy day because small Fiat 500 which I wanted to buy from you was supposed to be first car for my daughter. She just passed her driving exam. You ruined it completely and absolutely unnecessary both for my daughter and me just with the fact that you tried to sell it at any cost.
Not to mention that you wasted one day from my holiday and exposed me to unnecessary fuel costs Köln-Egelsbach-Köln which is more than 400 kilometers. Shameless.
