Four other providers were not even able to come close to meeting my specific requirements (stand-alone solution, preparation for bidirectional charging, etc.), but only offered "off-the-shelf" solutions at overpriced prices. Only enerix proved to be more competent and more customer- and solution-oriented than its competitors from the outset.
This extended from the initial consultation to the completion of the installation and beyond. In terms of price, the offer was definitely in the same range as the competition. In this respect, a clear recommendation for all interested parties. I would choose enerix again and again.

Advice was top class. Unfortunately, I had to place the order elsewhere due to the pricing. Therefore, I cannot give a correct assessment of the execution, but I have no doubt that the execution would have been flawless. If I were to have a PV system installed again, I would contact them again.

Planning and implementing a photovoltaic project is not usually something you do on the side. Without your own experience, you have to be able to rely on the provider, as it also means a financial investment.
We have never regretted our decision to commission Enerix Odenwald. From the initial consultation to the offer and implementation, we always felt that we were in good hands. Questions and uncertainties were answered very promptly, the information was always competent and tailored to our needs. The schedule was adhered to perfectly and everything was completed in just a few weeks. Conclusion. Absolutely recommendable!

I asked about the GTCs and was told that there was nothing important in them and that they didn't deal with them themselves.

There has certainly been a misunderstanding with regard to our general terms and conditions!
We may have pointed out that, in addition to the GTCs (which are of course also important and available from us), it is far more important in our opinion that a PV customer can also contact the solar installer. What good are the T&Cs if the solar installer is 500km away and has not done a proper job (:-))

After looking into the subject of photovoltaics and receiving offers from a number of providers, we became aware of Enerix Odenwald in Rimbach. During an information evening, we received very good advice on this topic and our last concerns were clarified and dispelled. A decisive factor in our decision in favor of Enerix was, among other things, the proximity and accessibility of the company, but also the balanced price/performance ratio. Once the contract had been awarded, everything went very quickly and smoothly. The work was completed within the agreed deadlines and we always felt that we were in good hands and well advised at every stage of the installation. The system is now running smoothly and to our complete satisfaction.
We would commission Enerix Odenwald from Rimbach again at any time and can recommend this company with a clear conscience.
