I have now been under Robert's care for two months and have lost a proud 8 kilos!
Now I will continue to go through the maintenance phase with Robert over the next few months.
So the summer vacation can finally come this year:)
I have tried every diet you can imagine in the past
And in the end I always ended up two kilos over my starting weight.

Robert helped me a lot with his coaching to understand what I was "doing wrong" in my diet so far and what I can "do right" in the future. He had, no matter what the situation, a positive word and lots of great tips for me. I lost 7kg in 4 months and will now manage the last kilos on my own, as I was super prepared. I can only thank Robert for a motivating, informative as well as helpful time that has brought me much closer to my desired weight.

The advice from Robert was profound and especially in the calls individually tailored. The quality of advice and speed via WhatsApp was also great.
Through general change of diet since the beginning of 2023 and then additionally a four-month coaching by Robert, I was able to reduce my medication significantly (blood pressure lowering agents to 50% and cholesterol lowering agents to 75%).
In total, 10 kg are gone (in the 4 months with Robert 8 kg) and my hoped-for light-footedness is back. Probably the results would have been even better, had there not been professional and health restrictions during the time of coaching.
Even if I feel that the coaching with the learning units and the reporting is quite time-consuming (not the food preparation, we always like to cook ourselves), the whole concept with the advice and the videos is coherent and informative (even for the partner, although there are no weight problems).

Thank you Robert for your great advice, the countless individual tips and especially the sensational motivation. Through your program and coaching, I have finally succeeded in reaching and, above all, maintaining my feel-good weight. You definitely do not make empty promises. You can determine the duration of the coaching yourself. Top!

After now 6 months of coaching with Robert and 14kg less, I can only report positive things. What I like most is his 100% reliability and clarity. That is rare these days. He answered my questions directly at any time, whether it was in the morning at 5 am or in the evening at 9 pm, that was very important for me to get direct feedback on how I can continue in certain situations. So I just wanted to say thank you here for convincing me in the beginning to "just do it" and jump over my inner fear. I was very satisfied that Robert accompanied my weight loss journey situationally and according to my needs and daily structures politely, but clearly with his statements. I was able to lose another 4-5 kg in his company, which I had set as a goal. Now I weigh about 50 kg and am 1.61 m tall. In total, I have lost 20 kg and feel bombastically good! I am now 6 months in coaching with Robert, have lost 17kg and now it goes with him into the maintenance. His coaching system really has it in itself. I tried a lot of diets in the past, did a lot of sports to lose weight, but it never really worked out. In the meantime, through Robert's live calls and his video platform, I have understood what is important and have improved especially in my mindset that it is simply normal to do some things a little differently than before. The most important thing for me is that I am fit at work and in everyday life with my family, which I have succeeded. I can really recommend it to anyone who wants to finally learn to lose weight in the long term and get into action.

I am only 3 months into coaching with Robert, but already wanted to share my experience as I have already lost 9kg of my total 29kg.

I am very reingeschannt professionally and just had a lot of unhealthy food in between. Now I prepare myself some things where I need less time than before, fuller and above all, what is important to me, have much more energy during the day. Thanks to Robert's very quick feedback always, I also got a direct solution to questions in everyday life.

Anyone who really wants to lose weight without dieting should go to him. My girlfriend is now also with him. He knows what he is talking about.

Diets used to be my constant companion. I have tried ww, low carb and how they are all called, which worked in the short term, but never lasts. Through Robert's 1:1 coaching over half a year, I have now lost 15Kilo and dared this summer vacation even in a bikini on the beach. Simply a great feeling!
Now I'm holding on and will hang on for a few more months with him. I think the support is just great!
If I had known how easy it can be, I would have signed up earlier :)

In the meantime I've been out of coaching for half a year and I'm maintaining my weight very well. I lost 18kg in half a year with Robert. It was really great that he always answered quickly and that I could reach him at any time. It has become a complete normality for me and my family to just do certain things a little differently. As a result, I feel great, am full of energy (especially important with a 3rd year old) and can continue to eat everything I like.

If I had been told at the beginning that I would lose 12 kg in 6 months, I would have flown the coop. I had tried everything to lose weight up to fasting. In Robert's coaching, I had neither wanted to do sports, nor had I given up eating out on weekends. I was able to continue all my social activities without doing anything different than before. The most fascinating thing for me was that I got so much energy, just after one week I was simply much fitter and I felt much better mentally as well as physically.

Best weight loss coach. In 6 months -14kg! Robert is super competent, dispels many weight loss myths and responded to me individually. I thought I had to do more sports or eat even less, which was no longer possible. I then came across Robert's account through Instagram and got involved in the adventure. Especially the online support makes it simply unbeatable flexible and time very family-friendly. Robert has a completely different approach and the whole thing without starving, renunciation or prohibitions. You really learn to understand the diet simply, from which arises your own security and flexibility, to know what you should eat to lose weight in everyday life. Mega coaching, I can only recommend!

I had already had countless attempts to lose weight and constantly ended up back above my starting weight.
The most important adjustment screw was the topic of minimum for me in coaching. That was also the reason why short-term diets never worked for me. The self-confidence and the security to find really sustainable weight loss, with the resulting normality in everyday life, was the most important thing for my lasting change. I have now with my 164cm and initially 95kg, lost 34kg in 12 months coaching. Now I keep it already very well 3 months and am overjoyed. I think it's great that I'm getting compliments from my environment again and that I can buy great clothes again.

Robert told me at the beginning that I reach my 19kg in 6 months very realistically, without starving. I was completely desperate because of all my diets and of course no longer believed in my weight loss. Of course I had seen his statement with a lot of skepticism. Sports were not mine and I just love good food. I really learned how losing weight works permanently through his coaching. I eat significantly more than before, often I don't even manage to eat everything, my family eats exactly the same as I do and I now feel more comfortable in my body than ever before. I also got the necessary tools to keep my desired weight in the future. Because this is not a diet, it is a new way, a new way of life for me.

How awesome is that please??? 6 months of coaching with Robert and I lost 18kg!!!! I had so much self-doubt, followed Robert for over a year before I dared to sign up for an initial consultation...was just scared because I had had bad experiences so many times.... Even an EB from the cashier didn't help. Then the phone call, which was so pleasant and totally relaxed. Then I decided to go for coaching with Robert and what can I say? I understand what it means to understand nutrition :D and why so many and myself never get it right on my own.... I thought I was doing everything right, as I guess everyone does....
Conclusion: Less effort than before, my family benefits from my quality of life and I am so full of life and happy, brimming with energy the day. This way I can also do good for others in my environment and give 100% to my children what they demand from me.
