The crawl course intensive, has definitely brought me closer to my goal with a lot of fun! Intensive two weeks are behind me. I was and am not used to swim training at least 45 minutes a day. As exhausted as one was, the better one felt. Full of pride and self-confidence!

At the beginning of the course, I could 'kind of' crawl. But a 25-meter lane took all my air and strength. I wanted to change that. My goal "crawl should be as relaxing as breaststroke" was born.

After the two weeks, my motivation is high to continue working on what I have learned. About 2 weeks after the course, I dared to do a 50 meter lane crawl. Instead of just once, I did it twice! The beginning is made! That gave my motivation another kick!

Now it's time to keep training and keep at it. I'm sure that I'll be coming back to Tanja again in the near future if I need to.

I have completed the "Intensive crawl course" with Tanja. I am thrilled with the way Tanja is able to teach a beginner in crawl so much within 2 weeks of training. We were 6 participants and Tanja managed to cater to each individual trainee without neglecting the group. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer. The team enjoyed it so much that we want to continue training with Tanja. I highly recommend Tanja!!!

Very variable and varied technique training in the 2-week intensive crawl course with video analysis and taking into account individual strengths/weaknesses with a focus on the personally targeted training goals.

We had a lot of fun!

By chance, I became aware of Tanja Suchan on the Internet. I have now attended my third course with her. Tanja not only responds to individual performance levels and develops her own training methods, but is also a totally warm person! I'm looking forward to more training-filled hours with her!

I am so happy to have attended these courses and will also book the follow-up courses. Each individual participant and their weak points are addressed in order to remedy or improve them. I have made a lot of progress. The fun does not fall by the wayside. I am looking forward to the next time.

The training has brought more than I would have thought before. Tanja managed to get me from about 6-10 unsteady and very strenuous crawls to 50 m relaxed crawls... and that in only 4 hours!!!!
It would still have been great to get the most important basics in writing to take home. But so, I wrote down the most important things myself at home - no problem.
All in all, a very very successful training that I can recommend without any reservation!

An instructive and very informative training. Tanja takes a lot of time for each course participant. The groups are always manageable and her equipment and technical equipment is very professional.

I am especially satisfied with the tips I got for my own training. The swim camp will continue to have positive effects for a long time. Mistakes in swimming technique were recognized and then the appropriate exercises to counteract them were explained in an understandable way. I would definitely participate again.

The training is personalized and the participants' own problem areas are queried and highlighted. These are then considered during the individual sessions and addressed individually (according to need).
In particular, the exchange of experiences and experienced circumstances (fears, motivation, sense of achievement and situations in competition) help to internalize and apply what has been taught. A very pleasant atmosphere!

I went into this seminar pretty unmotivated, which was more or less forced on me by my employer. Pretty quickly, however, it turned out for me that it is very interesting and diversely structured. I am diabetic and by changing my diet, my sugar levels are in the normal range and I have lost 3 KG within 1.5 weeks. I would do this seminar any time again and I am looking forward to the privilege to do it again in September. I can also recommend it to anyone who needs help for their work life balance.

I met Tanja during open water training. My goal was to overcome existing blockages. The structure of the training, the personal exchange and the associated exercises helped me to get closer to my goal. During the final crossing of the lake, I felt so safe with her near me that I didn't panic in the open water and could even enjoy the swim. I can only say thank you again!
