Gunda Tibelius accompanied our team during a challenging team day and proved to be an extraordinary enrichment for us. Her sensitive manner and empathic approach helped to optimally pick up on the moods in the team and create a bonding atmosphere.

Gunda's ability to use scientifically sound methods made all the difference. She used her expertise to specifically tailor the day's activities to our needs. In doing so, she ensured a good exchange and promoted a smooth flow of communication. Even with difficult topics, she handled them with sensitivity and facilitated open discussion.

The variety in the day's program was remarkable. From conflict resolution to fostering teamwork, Gunda always offered appropriate approaches to move us forward. Her expertise helped the team gain new perspectives and move forward.

For anyone who is not sure, it's worth it!

I had sessions with Gunda Tibelius in the group as well as individual coaching - both took place in a professional context as a further training measure. I can only recommend the individual coaching in particular! Gunda not only has a very friendly, empathetic manner, her methods are also impressive, effective and professional. I learned an insane amount about myself and untied important knots, some of which had been bothering me for decades.

In my one-on-one coaching, we worked together on different challenges in 8 sessions. It was important for Gunda to see me not only in my role at work, but as a person as a whole, which is why we talked a lot about me as a (private) person.

There were always two to four weeks between the individual sessions. During this time, I was able to independently do simple exercises that Gunda showed me, and thus continue to work on my challenges without Gunda.

Gunda responded enormously well to me in each session and had the right method at hand for each problem. I was particularly impressed with how well prepared she was in each session and had details ready that I mentioned in passing in another session. She is extremely approachable and creates a trusting framework in which it was easy for me to open up and also discuss topics that I might otherwise be uncomfortable with.

The time flew by each time and I was very sad when the coaching was over. I am sure I will book a session with Gunda again in the future "as a refresher".

Ms. Tibelius is a very competent, real-life coaching partner with tremendous knowledge, always cooperative in the mediation and close to the client. We have already had several training sessions with her, were able to listen to her lectures with rapt attention, and the content was conveyed authentically and in a way that was easy to implement. She answered every question and was always open and empathetic. You can really take away a lot from the content she imparts, so a very clear recommendation!

The combination of maximum empathy and an incredible expertise make Gunda a wonderful coach for me! In the weeks of working together, she has given me and my teammates on the subject of Mental Strenght incredibly many practical insights and tips & tricks to hand. The time together was an absolute enrichment, which is reflected daily in my professional and private everyday life.

I have rarely experienced a person who conveys his message so authentically and convincingly. Hats off!
