For example, our geothermal heat pump was integrated into the new system using SG-Ready. They took the time to answer all our questions and patiently explained how the system works.

The overall service was excellent from start to finish.

My request was taken up immediately on first contact at the office and a possible installation date for the following week was agreed the very next day, so that the wallbox could be delivered, which it was.
On the agreed delivery date, the wallbox was professionally installed on schedule and integrated into the existing PV system and subsequently registered with the grid operator.
Everything was very professional, fast, uncomplicated and very polite, even with immediate response to questions, including by e-mail and telephone. There was always a competent and prompt contact person available.
I am completely satisfied with enerix.

I can therefore unreservedly recommend dealing with the enerix Gera team.
