From the very beginning, we’ve felt completely in good hands at the travel agency. All of our requests are taken seriously and handled with great dedication. We especially appreciate the many creative travel ideas and recommendations that have already led us to wonderful vacation experiences. The support is always prompt, straightforward, and exceptionally friendly. No matter what comes up—they help right away and find a solution for every concern. A special thanks goes to Ms. Kühnel, who stands out for her excellent work, her patience, and her exceptional service. With her, we feel understood, supported, and well advised. This is a level of service that’s hard to find and that we truly appreciate. M’Ocean is a travel agency we can recommend with a clear conscience.

Our experience was nothing but positive from the very beginning. The phone calls, in-person consultations, support leading up to the trip, and even the follow-up after our trip were all great.
We’d love to do it again—such nice and knowledgeable people ☺️👌!

The consultation and booking process for our trip was a taste of what a perfect vacation would be like! Since we’re not very tech-savvy, it’s a pleasure to visit this travel agency. This isn’t the first time we’ve been served in such a professional, friendly, and attentive manner. All our special requests and questions were handled perfectly! A heartfelt thank you and all the best to the team!

We have now booked our third cruise with M'Ocean—three ocean cruises and one river cruise. For each trip, Ms. Niemeyer provided us with very knowledgeable, friendly, and comprehensive advice. No question went unanswered, and every inquiry was handled competently and courteously.
We are very satisfied and continue to book through M'Ocean.

We are absolutely thrilled with this travel agency! The entire team is incredibly warm and knowledgeable—I’ve never experienced such a comprehensive service at any other travel agency, because they always take our personal (special) requests into account and come up with customized options 😊.
A special thank you goes to Ms. Niemeyer: She is incredibly friendly and very patient 😊, takes plenty of time, and has great ideas and suitable suggestions for each of our destinations. She prepares travel proposals promptly, stays within budget, keeps a close eye on flight times, transfers, and special rates, and the hotel recommendations have always been exactly what we envisioned. So far, every trip we’ve booked with M’Ocean and Ms. Niemeyer has been fantastic and worth every penny.
We were also well taken care of in difficult situations: whether we had to cut a vacation short or couldn’t go on a trip at all, we received the best possible support. Thanks to her, the rebookings went quickly and smoothly.
We simply feel perfectly taken care of here—an absolute recommendation—and the next trip is already in the works… 😊

With the competent AND friendly advice of Ms. Kühnel! We are often on the road - you rarely come across consultants like Ms. Kühnel these days. We would recommend her for an immediate pay rise!

I am completely satisfied with M'OCEAN Reisen und Meer GmbH. The communication was very friendly, fast and reliable right from the start. Ms. Niemeyer in particular always took the time to patiently answer all questions and explain everything in detail.

You can tell that they work with passion and heart - the service is personal, honest and competent. Even last-minute requests were dealt with immediately, and as a customer you really feel that you are in good hands.

I can recommend this travel agency without reservation and will definitely book my next trips through M'OCEAN again.

I met Mrs. Niemeyer at the travel fair in Saarbrücken 2025 at the stand of M Ocean Reisen-until then I didn't know that there were cruise specialists-she loves her job and knows what you should know as a solo traveler on a ship because she often does that even if for her work so she could also offer me ships that I didn't know yet and also gave me information where I should book excursions and what I can do on my own. you need a cruise specialist for this because she knows something like this a normal travel agency does not make this effort - so my experience - I have often recommended her because I feel in good hands

Very professional preparation and execution of the trip to Canada-Alaska
The owner couple Robert & Gerlinde Liersch, were good company for us,
competent in all upcoming questions and their answers.
The kind of "all-round care" you could wish for! (if you like it, but you don't have to)
We were very satisfied with this impressive trip. Thank you very much.

An EXTRA class travel agency. Here the customer is still king, time is taken and the customer's needs are listened to. The destinations then selected perfectly match the customer's wishes. We were spoiled for choice afterwards..... A calm and relaxed atmosphere already creates vacation anticipation in the travel agency.
I will definitely recommend the travel agency and it deserves at least 5 stars.
