I picked up my Volvo V90 T4 Geartronic R Design car on 24.05.2024.
As the vehicle was only on winter tires, I quickly bought summer tires.
When the summer tires were fitted on 31.05.2024, it was found that all brake discs and brake pads were already worn or had only 1mm of remaining substance. When the vehicle was purchased and handed over, it was assured that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked and that everything was in order.
Since 31.05.2024 I have tried to contact them several times by phone and e-mail. Each time I called, only the answering machine picked up. There was no response.
When I contacted them by e-mail, there was no reply until today, 08.06.2024, despite a reminder e-mail.
I therefore only award 3 stars.

Even one star for this buying experience is too much!!!
FINGER AWAY!!!

We were looking at a car and wanted to take a test drive because we were interested in the car. The salesman was firstly not interested in the sale at all, quickly just showed us the pictures of paint defects on the car and that was it. We were told that the test drive was no problem, but that it was the last step before the purchase and that we should bring our documents and payslips to the appointment. We then went back for the test drive as agreed. We were then told that the financing would be taken care of first and if everything was in order, we could have the car for a test drive. We refused immediately and left straight away!!! I do not disclose my personal data without having agreed to the purchase!!! And I certainly don't do this without a test drive!!!
Unfortunately we didn't read the comments first, otherwise we would never have gone!!! I can only imagine the damage to the car if we weren't allowed to test drive it!

Everything was fine until I picked up the car and he was a nice young man.
However, as soon as the first problems arose with damage to the car, that changed, after that he was no longer understanding and hard to reach.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional and well informed. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Gockel, who guided me through the entire buying process. He took the time to understand my needs and patiently explained different models and options without being intrusive.
The selection of vehicles was impressive and the prices were fair and transparent. I was also offered various financing options that were perfectly suited to my financial situation.
The formalities were also handled smoothly and efficiently. The car was handed over to me in immaculate condition and Mr. Gockel patiently explained all the features and details.
