The advice and customer service is good and cordial.
The software of the vehicle runs slowly, jerks and has repeatedly dropouts or error messages. The previous car was a BMW 330e and the software was much more stable and reliable. I really have to say that I am so dissatisfied with the software of the car and am considering selling the Cupra Born again and switching to the BMW i4.
Special praise goes to the personal advice and support, it was individually addressed to the needs and solutions created in the sense of the customer.
One point of criticism, however, is that there was a more than unusual waiting time before the money was received when the end-of-life vehicle was sold.
The personal contact person dealt with the feedback just as professionally and was solution-oriented.

Unfortunately, I have not received the targeted fuel voucher although I have given a 5 star rating. Otherwise everything is good.
In the run-up to my inspection, I stupidly sunk my oil filler cap into the engine compartment.
Unfortunately, the cap was not in stock and should / had to be ordered. From a further journey was
advised against. Bottom line: the service advisor had the undercoating removed at the shop and "found" the oil cap. Afterwards, my car was ready to drive again. A great service. Likewise today's inspection. Was driven by cab free bus stop s and the appointment for the
Pickup was on time. I have not regretted my decision to go with Seat. Even my wife is from the
Car and service "enthusiastic".
They feel very well taken care of there, are responsive to the interests of the customer and do not simply try to get the most money out of a customer but look at price performance
There were only two major points of criticism for me. Since due to general delivery problems there was a delay of about 4 months and I had to accept some disadvantages (e.g. own car already sale date), I would have liked a little more goodwill. For example, I received a negative answer to the question of whether the vehicle can be equipped with all-weather tires. Likewise after this was not possibleauf a tank filling.
Very nice advice up to the concluded leasing
contract by Mrs. Hohmann. Uncomplicated and fast processing. From start to finish, Ms. Hohmann took a lot of time and explained and showed everything calmly. I can only recommend.
I was made aware of the Cupra offer by a car broker I know.
The combination of the favorable leasing rate, the vehicle and the hybrid drive were decisive for me.
I am very satisfied with the Formentor, only the trunk could be a little larger.
The advice and support up to the handover and the handover were very good.
A workshop appointment did not take place yet. But there I also assume a good performance as before with my Skoda Octavia in Mainz Hechtsheim.
