Hi, I already have a PV system (from EKD) but am unhappy with the execution of the DC installation. If someone is new to this business, the guide is very comprehensive and informative.
Personally, I would have liked more information on standard-compliant installation so that the work of the installers could be assessed even better (e.g. cable routing over the roof, cut-outs in tiles or better special roof-mounted module holders, cable routing under the roof (e.g. cutting out tiles, special tiles and plastic feedthroughs).

From the initial consultation and quotation through to installation and commissioning, I found the project to install a photovoltaic system to be well thought out, well planned and stringently executed. At the outset, Mr. Friedrich provided comprehensive advice that was easy to understand and took into account the individual requirements on site with sensitivity. We were extremely satisfied with the advice, project management, on-site implementation and adherence to deadlines provided by enerix Offenburg and are happy to recommend this provider of photovoltaic and modern energy solutions to others.
Details: We had obtained information in advance from several local and national providers about various technical solutions for photovoltaic systems including energy storage and had the relevant systems offered to us. We then opted for a system with 10 kW peak output, 9.3 kWh energy storage, energy manager and backup power switching with black start capability from Fenecon (Fenecon Home 10) from enerix. The decision criteria for us were the state-of-the-art technical solution from the German supplier Fenecon, the future-proof and flexible EMS on an open-source basis and the best price-performance ratio of enerix compared to all other offers. In addition, we were immediately impressed by the enerix concept with supra-regional marketing, purchasing, hotline, etc. but on-site implementation by local specialist companies.
The personal advice in the sales talks and the support during the project implementation by Mr. Haas and his employees were great. We were kept informed about the project status and upcoming deadlines at all times. Coordination with the energy supply company also worked quickly, so that there were only 11 weeks between us placing the order and acceptance of the system by the energy supply company, despite the tradesmen's vacations.
In the meantime, the system has been running for almost 4 weeks without any problems with a self-sufficiency of approx. 90% including supplying the electric car and despite the rather bad weather.
We would like to thank the Enerix team once again!
