Unfortunately, a rather disappointing result at Sixt Car Sales, but this is not due to Mr. Harreus. Reception, communication very friendly and courteous, now and then one would have wished for more proactive communication. Also, the response to emails could be more regular and reliable. By phone, however, always easy to reach and then also very solution-oriented and helpful. However, it was a pity that the discussed vehicle with a crack in the windshield on the part of Sixt has been repaired really bungling - with an upper mid-range vehicle at a price over 45TSD€ one expects here clearly more. For this Mr. Harreus can nothing - its inquiry regarding a replacement of the disk was rejected to him on the part of Sixt. For the value retention of the vehicle and the resale but certainly not conducive. We have not purchased the vehicle there in the end.
