We have been booking the online party boxes from Kahnevents regularly for customer and employee events for 3 years now. The service is 1a. I always receive excellent advice, all special requests are taken into account and the delivery of the party boxes takes place immediately. I am more than satisfied and our partners and employees are happy about the beautiful boxes.
Online party? How is that supposed to work... at least that was my first thought when I first heard about the Online Party Box. But my concerns quickly evaporated when I received the lovingly packaged package, tailored to my needs and perfectly compiled for my customers. Especially the included party glasses went down really well in our zoom meeting. We really had a lot of fun with them. Thank you also that it was different glasses what went down best.
We ordered 40 boxes on a Monday, on Thursday they went out in the mail.
The team is responsive, flexible, fast and motivated. After the first contact, the first phone call was made within a few hours and personalized attention was given. What I liked most: the exchange was with a human being and not just virtually via e-mail.
