Mr. Benjak was always available and took the time to answer all our questions.
We would work with Mr. Dino Benjak and his team again in a heartbeat, which is why we can recommend him with complete confidence.
We’d like to express our sincere thanks for the wonderful collaboration and support.

Our house was sold through Von Poll Immobilien, and everything went perfectly. Mr. Benjak and Mr. Aydin, working as a team at first and later Mr. Benjak on his own, were absolutely outstanding. They handled the entire process with great reliability, were always available, patient, and focused on finding solutions. Mr. Benjak impressed us with his helpfulness and his hands-on, warm-hearted manner.
I wish Mr. Benjak continued enjoyment and success in his career. I will remember him fondly. Thank you very much, Th. Kwiotek

Reliable and competent support even in difficult situations. The sales process was unusually long. With great patience, many additional appointments, and phone calls, Mr. Benjak was always there and did his utmost to make the sale a success!

Mr. Benjak likes to talk and tell stories, that was my first impression. It should be possible without it... Well, it wasn't. Or at least not as quickly and probably not as successfully. After all, nothing beats a certain amount of experience, sound knowledge and good contacts. In the end, hurdles were overcome that I didn't even know could be there. That creates reassuring security and trust.
So yes, gladly again.

We would like to thank Ms. Chantal Michael for her great support. She was incredibly friendly and committed throughout the entire process and helped us realize our dream of owning our own home far more than expected. We are very happy to recommend her to other clients. It is not without reason that this real estate company is mentioned as having a high level of professional expertise and a very high service orientation. We also appreciate the friendly, human way in which they go above and beyond for their customers. Please stay the same for many more customers. Thank you very much and good luck for the future.

Ms. Michael arrived punctually at the agreed time to view the house. She inspected the building with expertise and competence, supplemented the apparent impression with specific questions and knew how to take my explanations into account. The result of the inspection met my expectations and I will gladly recommend von Poll Immobilien, especially Ms. Michael.

First of all, I have to say that we really had a lot of house viewings on site at the respective properties. (approx. 30) !

So we also got to know a lot of real estate agents.

Von Poll Immobilien stands out in the most positive sense!

Mr. Benjak and his team are outstanding in all, really all respects!
Whether presentation or preparation, execution or competence.

The special thing about Mr. Benjak, however, is that he is completely honest and says nothing that he cannot keep.

His empathy between the parties is brilliant.

His speed and competence with which he handles everything is in a class of its own.

Anyone who now thinks that this is over the top is probably right, but then they don't know Mr. Benjak.
