However, I revise this "prejudice" after the successful purchase transaction from the company voll Poll Immobilien.
The first contact at the object of purchase was relaxed and without the usual broker phrases, around which unbelievably mad object it would concern nevertheless. Also a promptly arranged second date of visit ran openly and honestly and most questions could be answered directly. If this was not possible, we were quickly given an answer by the real estate agent Ms. von Oertzen.
During the further procedure, Mrs. von Oertzen helped us quickly and professionally, advised us and provided us with information - even when this was certainly not within her actual area of responsibility.
