Thank you for your review. As a matter of principle, we do not carry out "mass viewings" and ALWAYS arrange appointments with a time delay. In the viewing you found, it may be that interested parties viewed for longer, came back to clarify details and that interested parties arrived earlier than agreed. This is certainly due to the attractiveness of the property.

Bad Experience with this Agency, I have contacted the Mr. Ante Roncevic because of the rental apartment new building in Biberach, before I was allowed to look at the apartment, I was told by mail that I should provide proof of income. But this is an impertinence, legally you can not ask for something like that, a tenant information already, but not my pay stubs. So, I am very disappointed. Pay slips are very sensitive data and I won't just send them around. I work in the IT sector and know exactly how such data can be misused.

Legally speaking, the landlord may only request proof of income once he has clarified the formalities with the potential tenant and the tenancy becomes concrete. He is not allowed to ask for proof simply to view the property, as this would be contrary to data protection regulations.

Mr. Roncevic has pointed out to you that if you are shortlisted as a potential tenant, the landlord can/will request proof of income.

The property was - after consultation with Mrs. Schatz - supposedly reserved for us, because the other notary appointment of other interested parties had fallen through. It was stressed several times that we were now the only interested parties and can start in a concrete financing. The notary appointment would be canceled. As it turned out, this was wrong, the property would be sold three days later at the said notary appointment. We no longer have confidence in your services, since neither open and honest communication nor agreements were kept. A great pity.
