In a challenging time for the real estate industry of rising interest rates on loans, we sold a single-family house in Dortmund. Thanks to the sheer tireless efforts of the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN real estate agent, we were able to find a sympathetic buyer family despite the difficult initial situation. Since we do not live in Dortmund ourselves, we were dependent on a realtor with integrity and reliability, and we found this in Ms. Leonie Becker, who we could not have wished for better. Working with Ms. Becker never left us in doubt that we could trust her completely. At any time we were informed very professionally about her steps and also our questions were always answered in a friendly, patient and above all competent way. We would like to thank Mrs. Becker and the team very much for the outstanding support in all aspects of the house sale.
