I have to admit that I am usually somewhat critical of estate agents, unfortunately often a lot of money for very little in return. But Sinja Fechter pulverized my prejudices. From the very first contact before the house purchase, she shone with a high level of expertise and pure customer orientation. The viewings were perfectly organized, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, all questions about the property were answered, open issues were taken on board and quickly followed up. She proactively communicated, supported and advised us throughout the purchase process, coordinating directly with the financier, for example, and thus relieving us of a lot of work. In the end, the deal was closed. All the necessary appointments were coordinated, prepared and attended in front of her. All in all, it was a very positive experience and extremely helpful in the sometimes very complicated processes surrounding real estate purchases.
