For us, it was clear that our house would have to be sold by the end of 2023, as we had bought a condominium that was to be ready for occupancy at the end of 2023. Our idea of acting in the long term in the interest of a buyer turned out not to be feasible. Mr. Köhler was always able to assess the situation in the real estate sector very well and to evaluate it competently. He always found the right words when, after a house inspection, the possible buyers took their time with their acceptance or rejection. From today's point of view he was right with his assessment. A buyer has been found. Surprising for us was the fact that the notarial completion of the sales contract took place at very short notice. For us it is clear that we have made a good choice in our decision to engage Mr. Köhler as a broker. We can pass on a recommendation with a clear conscience.

When you are looking for a house, you get to know different realtor 'types'. Our image was slightly shaken when we met the Von Poll Immobilien team. So much cordiality, qualification and service surprised us. We could call about any question at any time and were always advised qualitatively and friendly. The nice thing is, you are accompanied, even after the purchase. If necessary, I would not want to work with any other brokerage company.

A real estate agent that does more then what's required.

Not only did Herr Köhler and his wife help us with buying the house but they also helped us with all legal details. Including the cancellation of the contracts with the tenants living in the house we brought.

We are both not from Germany and we more then appreciate their help.
