It was a pleasure to work with Ms. Song Mi. Ms. Mi is a person with high professional ethics. She has been working in this field for many years and has a wealth of professional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to put herself in her clients' shoes. With her help, I was able to buy the property of my choice without any problems.

Her colleague, Hannah, was able to find a ideal tenant for my property in a very short period of time.

We would certainly not recommend von Poll, as we wanted to buy an apartment as an investment in Meerbusch Büderich, with the option to view and reserve it immediately. This was promised to us. This viewing appointment was then canceled due to alleged illness of this freelancer and moved 2 days, but then the evening before the new postponed viewing appointment again by phone has canceled with the reason that the office or area manager in Düsseldorf has already reserved the object for another possible buyer and that just always several MAKLER, von Poll would work on the same object and she would be very sorry not to have informed us about it in advance. Such a behavior of a Maklerbbüro we have never experienced before in Meerbusch or Düsseldorf!

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied here and that our maker unfortunately could not present the property to you in time due to illness. Unfortunately, however, at the time of your request it was already the case that several interested parties had already expressed their interest in buying after the viewing had taken place and there were negotiations with these interested parties while the appointment was being made. In fact, several brokers from our team were involved in purchase price negotiations with their respective clients here, which very quickly led to a sale at the full asking price. This sometimes happens very quickly. Probably this should have been better communicated to you, for this we apologize and hope to be able to offer you with other offers in the future perhaps an alternative.

We have had very positive experiences with Mr. Grumbt. Always at eye level and with a lot of expertise in the Düsseldorf market. Even if you are a real estate expert in other areas, such expertise is worthwhile. All in all, highly recommended.
