For very pleasant I have found that I was allowed to look at the property as the first interested party, due to my further journey and my often difficult duty times, all other interested parties were put on a later date. However, for me the presentation was not satisfactory, on specific questions about the property, could not be answered extensively; it made an unprepared overall impression. Too bad.
