A lot of time passed until the notarization. But it was not due to the employees of Von Poll Immobilien. Mrs. Erhardt was always involved and also mediated. In the end, everything is good.

I can say that the mediation to the buyers worked smoothly. All the formalities carried out and, of course, the viewings with possible buyers were successfully carried out without me in such a way that I have nothing to complain about. The preparation as well as the professionalism of the exposé and the everlasting responsiveness in the offer phase were a great support for me and the prerequisite that the sale went quickly over the stage.

I was impressed from the start with Ms. Erhardt's friendly but business like approach. She quickly proved that she could communicate with both me , as client, and with prospective buyers. Guiding me on the best ways to "present" the property and showing an in depth knowledge of Building Construction, systems etc and able to discuss these with authority with seller and buyer alike. During my "dark days" when I thought the house would never sell, Mrs. Erhardt kept my spirits up by remaining and demonstrating a cheerful and positive attitude. Always immaculate and modern in her appearance she was and remains a First Class model and representative for her bureau in particular and von Pohl in general. I recommend her most highly as a "broker" and wish to thank her for her assistance and have no hesitation in grading her Top Class.
