Buying a house has unfortunately cost us a lot of trouble, stress, precious time and nerves. This is what we expect when we buy a house without a realtor. Therefore, we have decided specifically, for the house purchase through a broker.
At a purchase price of 890,000 euros, you expect a house where the equipment also works and not partly the electronics and other items were removed or defective things are left behind by removed parts.
This was due to the seller!
We expect but a certain security from the broker that such a thing does not happen, because the brokerage commission was also not exactly little and one hopes that this is then also clarified to the satisfaction. We expected more from such a large company, which advertises differently on their website.
We have tried to clarify it directly with the broker and about the Internet page of Poll was not answered to us at all.
It is a pity that our joy of purchase was so spoiled.
