UNBELIEVABLE: I made a commitment to buy a house. Written confirmation and " from the owner" confirmation also in writing.
Now a week has passed and I receive a call...the property has been sold to someone else...
This is a highly unconventional way!!!
Actually 0 stars and not to be RECOMMENDED!!!

We would like to thank Mr. Michael Weber for his excellent work and service, which exceeded our highest expectations. With Mr. Weber we got to know a real estate agent with highest professional competence and a portion of humor in his neck. He listened to our wishes and implemented them excellently with his experience. He was available for us at any time and always supported us with advice and action. We would have liked to work with him for longer but due to his excellent work the house was sold in no time. We wish the company Von Poll Immobilien and Mr. Weber all the best.

Der Haus kauf bei von Poll war sehr unkompliziert. Herr Dirks hat uns sehr gut betreut. Sein Engagement, Erreichbarkeit und Service sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die gute Zusammenarbeit zwischen von Poll Imobilien und Finanzen, hat es ermöglich, dass der Haus kauft innerhalb 1 Woche abgewickelt war. Herr Dirks hat sich um alle Unterlagen, Schriftstücke und Kommunikation zum Notar gekümmert. Falls wir noch ein Haus benötigen, würden wir dieses wieder mit Herrn Dirks vornehmen.
