I was always personally looked after by Mr. Güthling, he accompanied all viewings and stood by my side with help and advice and a lot of patience. I work in the real estate industry myself and can therefore attest to Mr. Güthling's very good professional competence. He is also very well connected and has a lot of experience. We successfully sold my house during a difficult time with numerous market turbulences (Ukraine war, energy crisis, heating law, interest rate distortions, increases in construction costs, insolvencies). I think that speaks for itself.
