Time was of the essence, it was shortly before Christmas and we wanted to have the sale completed by the beginning of April for scheduling reasons. She took a lot of time during the first tour of our house, mentioned the advantages but also the disadvantages of the property and left us with the feeling that we had found a reliable and competent partner for the sale of our house.
