I have used the services of Mr. and Mrs. Wicharz both as a prospective buyer and as a seller, and I am very satisfied in both cases.
I had the most contact with Mr. Wicharz, who was extremely knowledgeable on all matters and was also willing to provide advice and support beyond the scope of his actual duties. Over time, a very personal relationship developed. Mr. Wicharz always gives the impression that his interest in customer satisfaction takes precedence over his business interests.
