He was very committed - even worked during his vacation - very professional and pleasant to deal with. The process was very smooth and also the new tenants gave positive feedback. In 2023, I made the decision to rent out my house through a real estate agency. After doing some internet research on various estate agents, I chose Poll Immobilien in Mühldorf, represented by Mr. Kessler. It was clear to me from the very first meeting with Mr. Kessler: "This estate agent has experience and his manner is extremely reputable". During the detailed meeting, I told Mr. Kessler which tenants were suitable for me and which were not. After his pre-selection, Mr. Kessler presented me with 4 prospective tenants. After a thorough examination and consultation with Mr. Kessler, I decided on one prospective tenant. Today I can say. I made the right choice and have a great relationship with my tenants.
I have only had positive experiences with Mr. Kessler and can definitely recommend him.
