If you need customer service, you need to have a lot of patience and time. I have been trying since yesterday 5.7.2024 approx. 14.00h and have not been able to get anywhere by phone or email.
If I had known this beforehand, I would have been better off going to another company!!!

My definitive last visit to Bening in Papenburg took place this week.
I don't want to go into details.
But I have never experienced such an arrogant, unfriendly salesman.
The behavior of this gentleman can also be described as insulting!

Mr. topcu and Ms. svenja schmidt gave us excellent and friendly advice, very high praise.

We had to return a 42" TV from Strong for repair because it switched itself off, switched itself on in standby mode and could no longer be programmed correctly after being reset. The lady at the reception desk was absolutely incapable of documenting our complaints correctly. We had to correct 4! times.
We bought this large television for our visually impaired mother. We said this several times. We also said that she needed a TV right now for the European Championships because she loves watching them. We were offered a much smaller TV as a loan set - as the repair would take at least 3 weeks. Referring again to our mother's visual impairment, we asked for a loaner of the same size as the one in need of repair. Answer: "We don't have it! Take this one or none!
Now we are allowed to bring our mother in her wheelchair to every European Championship soccer match and then bring her home again! We are with her every day, but these transports are time-consuming and expensive. We both work, so unfortunately we can't pick mom up for every soccer game.
Customer service in Wilhelmshaven? Very unsatisfactory, incompetent and unfriendly!

My wife and I have bought many things from you and will continue to do so. With my last purchase (a cell phone of the S24 generation), the highly competent advice and friendliness of Mr. Stoll deserve special mention. At my advanced age (almost 77), the recording capacity of my "hard disk" is limited. Mr. Stoll always has the necessary patience.

The same applies to Mr. Mösta. Mr. Mösta shows a lot of patience when advising on purchases. He is understanding and highly competent.

When it comes to washing machines, vacuum cleaners and the like, my wife and I have fond memories of Mrs. Smital's knowledge and helpfulness.

We recently visited the Expert Bening store in Verden to look for a new dishwasher. Without searching for long, we found a salesman who took the time to talk to us, which was the start of an exceptionally impressive informal consultation. Mr. Evers never fails to answer our questions, he is more than knowledgeable about each of the appliances we are interested in and is even able to provide comparative considerations of all the advantages and disadvantages of two different appliances (if you can even evaluate them that way) right off the bat.
We are more than impressed with all the informal details and the exceptional quality of the consultation, which led to the purchase of a Miele dishwasher on the same day. The appliance was delivered on time and placed in our kitchen by two friendly staff. I installed and connected it myself and everything is perfect. This Miele G 7200 Sci is a pleasure to use and is technically and functionally absolutely convincing.

It's cheeky how they treat you from above, I wanted to save myself the trip to MediaMarkt. But from now on, never again Expert Cuxhaven... I went there on vacation and wanted to complain about a defective device that I had bought 2 hours earlier. Instead of taking the device back, I was rudely asked by the store management to contact the manufacturer, it was not Expert's problem. The device has a defect which was caused during production. No courtesy and cheeky employees... never again Expert...
