We had to return a 42" TV from Strong for repair because it switched itself off, switched itself on in standby mode and could no longer be programmed correctly after being reset. The lady at the reception desk was absolutely incapable of documenting our complaints correctly. We had to correct 4! times.
We bought this large television for our visually impaired mother. We said this several times. We also said that she needed a TV right now for the European Championships because she loves watching them. We were offered a much smaller TV as a loan set - as the repair would take at least 3 weeks. Referring again to our mother's visual impairment, we asked for a loaner of the same size as the one in need of repair. Answer: "We don't have it! Take this one or none!
Now we are allowed to bring our mother in her wheelchair to every European Championship soccer match and then bring her home again! We are with her every day, but these transports are time-consuming and expensive. We both work, so unfortunately we can't pick mom up for every soccer game.
Customer service in Wilhelmshaven? Very unsatisfactory, incompetent and unfriendly!
