17.4.24 My mistake, didn't see that I had to use a parking disk. Three minutes in the store, €30 fine. That is disproportionate. That also shows the appreciation for customers.

We would like to protect our parking lot from "third-party parkers" and ask our customers to place a parking disk in the window. This probably did not happen in your case, which is why you found a "ticket".

However, this should not be a problem for our customers, simply come back to us with the "ticket" and we will clear the "ticket" for you. Please also bring your proof of purchase with you. If you do not have proof of purchase, please tell us approximately the time and the employee you spoke to. It will be even better and quicker if you call the telephone number given and the "Fair-Parken Team" will take care of it.

I ordered an e scooter there the e scooter had a breakdown after a few months we still had the warranty and wanted to return it then the employees said that a chip was installed in the scooter my children are 14 and 15 they have no idea how to do this and also do not have the necessary money then I went to Benning the employees were very unfriendly and gave me back the e scooter even more broken than before.

Today I was saved from big costs (AEG customer service) by the friendly help of a very competent employee in the kitchen appliance department, who did the work himself and made the oven door of my pyro stove ready for installation again...big praise although he had a lot to do

This is the 2nd time I've tried to buy a Side by Side fridge. I looked at the different models.
Unfortunately, the employees preferred to continue their personal conversations, we were completely ignored, and we had the impression that the customer was threatening to place an order, because they turned around. As I noticed the same thing the first time, I wasn't really surprised yesterday but a little annoyed. We would certainly have bought an appliance but under these circumstances we refrained from doing so. Very regrettable ... We will also refrain from coercing the employees in the future and do not want to disturb them any further in their conversations and will go to another store.

I bought a Braun Series 5 shaver and after not quite 2 months I got a rash, cut myself while shaving and the shaver was very loud. I wanted to make a complaint and return it because I couldn't find any information about the material of the cutting blades (nickel & titanium allergy).
Short answer: it's a hygiene item, we won't take it back:
Sell yes; complaint and return: no !!!

I am (was) a customer of Bening in Stade for over 20 years. I have been mostly satisfied so far.
Now I have to vent my displeasure. I bought a washing machine in January. Delivery took 10 days, which was not very good. After 4 weeks I had a cable fire in the machine with a total power failure. The repair service at Bening was totally unfriendly. I was given a phone number from the manufacturer and told to take care of it myself. Impossible behavior towards customers. Bening will no longer see me
