Unfortunately, the device has constantly decoupled from my phone, whereupon I decided to make use of the right of withdrawal and return the watch. On 16.01.2023 I went to the store to return the watch. Whereupon they said to me that they do not take my watch back because it is a hygiene artiekel. (I had bought a watch and no matter with whom I have spoken no one knew that a watch belongs to the Hygieneartiekel is yes no underwear or anything else). After that I was offered a repair. Thus I have the clock on 16.01.2023 in the repair abgegen. After a long wait and no feedback, I went to Bening again on 13.02.2023 to ask how it looks with the repair of my watch. What they could not give me an answer, the employees had promised me to call with the Fitbit and call me back. So I got in the evening a call from employees of the branch. He told me that Fitbit has assured me a credit for the watch. (Where I did not quite understand what I have as a buyer with the manufacturer zutun. Normally, the seller Expert Bening would have to give me my money back. So I know that). After I asked the employee when I can get my money, I was told that it can take a few days until Fitbit sends the credit. On 17.02.2023 I went back to the branch to know where my money is. Whereupon I was again answered that I have to wait until Fitbit sends the credit. On 18.02.2023 I decided to call myself at the Fitbit to ask what's going on. (Because in the meantime I have already bought a new SmartWatch watch and just want to have my money back because the watch has cost 269.00 euros). During the phone call with the Fitbit has turned out that my watch is not received by then. At least they can not find them in system. So thank you Expert Bening for nothing as it looks interested you customer satisfaction at all. So I still hope that I will get my money back at all. Today is 28.02.2023 I still have not received a refund.
