Today I was saved from big costs (AEG customer service) by the friendly help of a very competent employee in the kitchen appliance department, who did the work himself and made the oven door of my pyro stove ready for installation again...big praise although he had a lot to do

I went to Mr. Hoffmann's store on 08.03.2024 to get advice on a Panasonic TX 55 MZ 800
and would like to thank him for his friendly and competent advice.

I called the branch in Lemgo to ask a few questions about a Miele washing machine I wanted to buy there and was treated very rudely, I was told that they would not give me any information over the phone.
How can the employee assume that at almost 80 years old I am still mobile enough to get to the store?
A bit more customer friendliness would be appropriate here, because they live from sales and I decided to buy my washing machine elsewhere because of this unfriendliness.

Good day, what can we say. If you're looking for advice on coffee machines, you've come to the wrong place. Rather, an Expert Bening employee with glasses, dark Expert jacket, ponytail and blue jeans stands outside the door and has a smoke. Unfortunately, she wasn't wearing a name tag. We were in the store for about 10 minutes. Are then out again. Without purchase. Without consultation. And then we wondered why the stationary trade is dying out. Time approx. 13:45 o'clock. unfortunately, my experience with Bening has once again been more than disappointing. The repeater offered in the advertisement at the top price was no longer available (today is only the second day of the offer, mind you). Available only again next week at the "normal price". Statement of the "consultant": In Detmold there is still one. On the request to reserve this I was told that would not work he can only write an e-mail, but that would take a few hours. Super thing so an e-mail at Bening.
I then drove to Detmold to be disappointed there too. Dear people good luck with your business model - I am lost for you. Amazon delivers daily. Oh well - when I write an e-mail from my home, it usually takes less than a minute for the e-mail to reach its destination.
