I am very disappointed after today's visit to the market. An XBOX game with today's release date is not found in the system and I should ask in 2 -3 weeks!!!
A simple product inquiry to a totally unmotivated employee evokes only a shake of the head.He should have rather stayed in bed with his back pain today than to scare away the remaining few customers so.
I therefore strongly recommend to other customers to order the goods comfortably at the "department store with the big A..." to avoid such professionals.

We had the intention to buy a refrigerator. Mr. Niklas Voges came to our aid in the selection.

He was excellently prepared thematically and advised us very well with his specific expertise. His friendliness was honest and came across well to us. We were able to accept the subsequent purchase offer very sympathetically. On to Bening Stade just behind the entrance an information booth, unfortunately none present we wait. After some time loud calls from the direction of the cash register, they can wait a long time they see but that there is no one and there is also no one, what do they want? " Have a complaint ", they are wrong here anyway they have to go to the customer service, yes and where is the, out here left around is written. oh many many thanks for the friendly information.
On to the customer service, with what can I serve? Here the disk of the Schnitzel -Werk of the food processor Kenwood is defective 3x used, there I can help them unfortunately also not, where do they live then? Why? Yes Mr. ++++ is unfortunately only tomorrow again here the knows with the machine better they can not come back tomorrow? And bring the food processor must be sent in, so want it the manufacturer. (A new disc costs 16 €) for this I have to drive 120 km great service thanks a lot

Hallo, Verkäufer der Firma top ,immer gerne wieder.
Aaaaaaaber !!! Der Reparatur Service geht Mal Gar nicht .Wie kann es sein das man als Kunde betteln muß das sein Gerät zur Garantie Reperatur angenommen wird ??? Dann kommt "wie ich habe sie nicht im System? Dann muss ich ja neu Anlegen?? Senden sie es doch lieber selber direkt hin !!! Geht auch viel schneller. Als ich dann sagte egal wie es dauert kam nur dann muß ich eben neu einrichten das dauert aber etwas "
Bei Rufnummer angeben kam " haben sie etwa kein Festnetz ?
Zum Saugroboter kam nächste "den hätten sie jawohl reinigen können der ist ja dreckig !! (War bisl staubig ,saugkammer war leer )
Dann kam endlich der Garantie Reperatur Auftrag mit Text dreckig U zerkratzt mit Fehlermeldung
Auf Nachfrage wieso zerkratzt kommt "Das schreibt sie immer so."
Also Reparatur Service Freundlichkeit unter aller Sau
Verkaufs Beratung Top sehr Freundlich und kompetent.
PS bin seit Jahrzehnten dort Kunde und das erste Mal
Den Reperatur Service in Anspruch genommen.
