Mr. Krebernik is very cordial from the very first moment, right from the greeting at the front door, and immediately comes across as very likeable. You can tell straight away whether the chemistry is right or not.
When we start asking and answering each other's questions, it quickly becomes clear that his approach is both attentive and competent. I have already recommended Mr. Krebernik to two of my neighbors.

Markus Krebernik is not only extremely competent in his field, but is also characterized by his friendly and human manner. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable and in good hands with him. He took the time to understand my individual insurance needs and offer me customized solutions.

No matter what questions or concerns I had, Mr. Krebernik was always able to answer them clearly and understandably. He patiently explained all the details and made sure I fully understood the context. This created a high level of trust. In addition, the most favorable conditions are offered compared to other insurance companies!

His wife, who took care of my car insurance, was also extremely professional and reliable. Together they formed a super team that took care of all my insurance concerns. My concerns were always handled promptly and efficiently.

I can unreservedly recommend the Gothaer insurance company led by Markus Krebernik and his team. Their work is absolutely trustworthy and customer-oriented. Thanks to their help, I feel well insured and taken care of all around.
