The personal advice, the availability, the effort to solve the problems and challenges and the trust built up show the value and benefits. As positive as the cooperation and communication with Beierle, especially with Mr. Wendler, is, the more disappointing and worse was the communication with Gothaer headquarters. Nobody available, nobody in touch, no exchange.

I have been a customer of Mr. Sepsei for over 30 years. His advice has always been competent, solution-oriented and tailored to me. I have the feeling that I only have insurance that I actually need. In addition, I find it very good that one is also advised when looking for a contact person regarding other problems. That gives me the feeling that I am seen as a person and not just as a customer.
I have been served by Beirle oHG for several decades and know that I am in good hands there. The service is always professional and Mr. Sepsei is committed to his customers, whether it is internally or also to third parties. The prices can sometimes be a little higher than the competition. However, you have to look very closely and compare the differences fairly (e.g. hotline vs. dedicated contact person, pitfalls in supposedly equal services and afterwards the "cheap" provider comes to the same price or even more expensive ...). All in all, I am super satisfied and remain loyal.
Marcel Wendler is always super accessible fast and reliable . Absolutely accommodating insurance and great products, highly recommended.
