Every time I called, all the staff members were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Whenever I had a concern, it was always handled quickly and without any hassle. I particularly appreciated that whenever I had questions, I received a callback the very same day.

With Mr. Sepsei, I felt from the very beginning that I wasn’t just another customer. With him, I felt as though I were dealing with a good and reliable friend of our family—someone you can trust and who you know will take good care of your concerns.

Unfortunately, this kind of personal, friendly, and reliable service is no longer a given these days, which is why I’d like to highlight it in particular.

For a few years now, I’ve been relying on Beierle oHG for my insurance needs. At first, it was “just” private health insurance, but now all my insurance policies are with them—from home contents and building coverage to liability and legal protection. With my previous insurance provider, I often felt like I wasn’t really being taken seriously. For example, an inquiry went unanswered for several weeks, and when I followed up, all I got was a loud laugh on the phone: “Oops, I must have overlooked that one”—very professional, Conti. Peter Sepsei and his office are the complete opposite: fast, competent, and always friendly; I find the advice and support to be first-rate. And questions are answered immediately or quickly resolved with the appropriate representatives. I feel very well taken care of here.”

I gave 6 x full marks. In summary: you feel like part of a family that helps you, never long waiting times, super accessible, top advice, you feel completely well looked after and cared for. No long discussions, pragmatic approaches. Not exactly cheap, hence 1 x not quite full marks, but the money is very well invested. KEEP IT UP (!)

The personal advice, the availability, the effort to solve the problems and challenges and the trust built up show the value and benefits. As positive as the cooperation and communication with Beierle, especially with Mr. Wendler, is, the more disappointing and worse was the communication with Gothaer headquarters. Nobody available, nobody in touch, no exchange.
