I never would have thought that looking for a house could be so stress-free. Thanks to Ariane Gräfenstein, we actually found our dream home by the lake—a single-family home we’ll be moving into soon and are really looking forward to. I’m truly grateful to her for that.

What really stands out in my memory: From the very first contact right through to the key handover, everything was simply friendly and straightforward. We never felt like just a number. Questions were answered quickly, appointments worked out well, and whenever we were unsure about something, Ms. Gräfenstein took the time to help us. That’s exactly how you imagine it should be.

And then, at the key handover, there was even a bottle of wine as a little surprise on top of that—you don’t have to make a gesture like that, but it’s exactly the kind of thing that sticks with you.

In short: highly recommended. The move is still ahead of us, but one thing is already clear: we would go through her again in a heartbeat.
