We can only emphasize that we were extremely satisfied with von Poll Immobilien as an agency. From the boss to the staff, everyone was extremely friendly, competent and professional! The photos of our house and the 360-degree tour were also very professionally staged, thanks to a good photographer and the professional equipment of the von Poll Immobilien staff. We would particularly like to emphasize the work of Christian Redolfi, who was mainly our contact person for the sale of our house. He was always available for questions, suggestions and appointments. He was always concerned about the satisfaction of both parties (seller/buyer) and mediated with great sensitivity. I have recommended the company von Poll in Reutte to a family for the sale of their house.
I was able to follow the individual steps and can say that everything went perfectly. The chemistry between Sebastian, Elias and the family was right from the beginning and therefore the business could be done on a very good basis of trust.
The professionalism of the procedures in the object recording and the preparation for the inspection were impressive , moreover there is no inspection tourism.
The pre-selection of the interested parties by Sebastian was very clear and object-oriented and thus led very quickly to success.
For me it was extraordinary to experience how a real estate agent puts his attention not only to realize a quick sale, but to select a prospective buyer, who likes the object and also has the financial means, so that the business can finally be handled without problems until the signing of the contract.
For me, this means an extremely professional handling and accompaniment of all parties involved, on a common platform of trust.
I can and will always recommend Von Poll Immobilien Reutte, because there every customer gets the expert support that you want.
