Poor
No specific data was taken into account when evaluating the price of the property. The real estate price was given only from the gut feeling after a visit with the highest 400000€.
indicated. Another company had already determined this price 7 years ago. The price increase in this time makes the price rise to over 500000€, which seems realistic.
