I can't really say that much about Mr. Rose. He always responds to e-mail contact and this always works very well! This is a real plus point! I can't judge the advice, as I haven't had any consultation with Mr. Rose so far. Unfortunately, I have not always been very satisfied with the technical aspects of his products. However, this is probably not due to him, but to Gothaer itself. Unfortunately, the file management is not very good either, the main office does not adhere to the prices for insurance, as scans are incomplete, the prices that were previously made as an offer are no longer adhered to after the contract has been concluded! This is a great pity and unfortunately does not speak for the entire Dirk Liese agency.
Mr. Rose is always very friendly, which unfortunately cannot always be said of his receptionists (Bödecker)

Mr. Rose is very courteous and reliable. He can explain things well and his advice is neutral when it comes to evaluating existing contracts with other insurance companies. This means that he does not try to poach customers in order to conclude contracts in his own favor.
