My problem was a stone chip in the windshield in the driver's field of vision. A case for the workshop.
Mr. Kluge took care of it for us:
"... I hereby approve the repair in accordance with the KVA despite the workshop commitment... "
As I have very limited health and do not have long distances to travel, I am particularly pleased about the goodwill.

Without sales pressure, the situation is explained to the customer in a pleasant atmosphere and the customized product is presented.
