In 2022, I was allowed to take over the agency from my predecessor, who worked for Gothaer Versicherung for over 40 years. I continue to stand for high service and very good advice in the private and corporate customer sector.
Good availability, quick appointments, takes time for good advice. The collaboration is still too short for a detailed description. But a good first impression.
Mr. Gerlach is serious, explains things in a comprehensible manner, and takes action (even in the case of difficulties with third-party insurance companies). Requests are processed quickly and without problems. I am very satisfied with Mr. Gerlach.
