I've been with Rmb3 for two years now after my last insurance broker pulled a few nasty things. Since then, I've felt very well looked after. The communication channels are very short and responses are always quick. The insurance benefits are also automatically checked and improved in a brief discussion. Of course, you only notice this in the event of a claim, but that's exactly what I was allowed to test. That's how it should work, and if both parties enjoy the business relationship, all the better.

We had extensive water damage. The surveyor came quickly, looked at everything. The process was smooth and very friendly. Since I have not heard much good about insurance companies' willingness to pay, I asked two days after submitting the final invoice when we could expect the money. Oops, not seven, not six, not four weeks - the reimbursement arrived the next day! Overall, from the competence and friendliness of the employees to the aforementioned quick processing, we were very positively impressed. And yes, I would recommend rmb3 without reservation.
