Our current situation shows a healthy puppy from the killing station in Spain that arrived at transport. After a short time many abnormalities developed. We had already reached after the arrival of the puppy (after the second week) and after the conclusion of the contract a bill of 3500 euros clinic and doctor costs. The bill was far from being finished, more appointments followed. We tried information about the hotline to get possible support. No chance, after 30min no delivery of the call possible. In the office of Mr. Schaffeld, we then saw a chance to ask. He listened very attentively to our described situation, advised us adequately and expressed his honest opinion and his best possible solution proposal. If we had been able to find out earlier that Mr. Schaffeld runs a Barmenia insurance office, we would have concluded the contract there and not via the Internet.
