Mr. Gries takes a lot of time for individual concerns, responds quickly and flexibly to (complex/complicated) change requests with great commitment, is very easy to reach, provides detailed information and advice, and obtains additional information as needed. He organizes the consulting process very professionally with a sympathetic manner and explains the contract composition transparently.
