Recommendation
Planning, advice and price performance as well as the atmosphere during the installation work were very good. Nevertheless, there were always omissions during the installation work that had to be corrected. The completion of the kitchen was very good in the end. The completion of a large cupboard in the living room was delayed, as the dimensional calculations were not planned accurately enough and in sufficient detail. This caused massive difficulties with the size and weight of the cupboard at the end. These could no longer be resolved.

I had to have my existing kitchen redesigned when I moved house. Since I had bought it in the kitchen studio "Küche&Co" and the advice was provided by the kitchen planner Mr. Petz, I went there again. Mr. Petz was once again helpful and responded to my wishes, once again drawing on his experience. I would like to thank Mr. Petz for the "success" and can only recommend the kitchen studio.

Really great advice from Mr. Felsberg. Based on our ideas, he knew immediately what we wanted. He "wormed his way into our heads", so to speak. He promptly had a solution for every planning problem. His unconventional but goal-oriented planning is impressive. While we were explaining something about the function or position of a cupboard to Mr. Felsberg, he converted our explanation into a sketched representation in no time at all. His honest and open manner is simply great. Although we were in the studio spontaneously, he took more than 2 hours of his time for us after coming straight from a measurement appointment. Thank you again for your advice Mr. Felsberg.

1. an ingenious kitchen planner (Martin Lück)
2. another brilliant kitchen planner by proxy (Manfred Schweizer)
3. two hard-working and professional kitchen fitters (Rudi and Ivan)
4. another professional as a floor layer or for other work (Dumitru Dobra), who always has a smile on his face
5. last but not least: a "good spirit" for appointments, inquiries and the like (Jenny Krause).

A super cool and service-oriented team - thank you for that.

5 stars everywhere - why?
The initial contact was very friendly, and Mr. Tischler really took a lot of time for the detailed consultation. He also made specific suggestions as to what he would do differently and why. With regard to the price/performance ratio, it has to be said that you have to take into account comprehensive advice, the quality of the kitchen elements installed (including electrical appliances - only AEG!) and your overall service - many kitchen suppliers often rely on cheaper goods, especially when it comes to electrical appliances.
Mr. Tischler is always friendly in his dealings with his customers, and many questions and change requests do not upset him - another big plus point!
As the kitchen was installed this week, I didn't rate the customer service.
All in all, I am absolutely satisfied and would buy another kitchen from Mr. Tischler at Küchenstudio West at any time!

The advice regarding the layout of the drawers and utilization of the niches next to the stove for the spices was very helpful! As we didn't have much space for tall units on one side and the electrical and water connections and tiles were already in place, we had to see how we could make the best use of it. And we succeeded!
