On request whether a product is in stock, this was denied. Went out of the market looked online and saw that it is probably available in the market. So reserved online and 30 minutes later again in the market to pick up the product. The same person who 30 minutes ago has claimed it is not on site has handed me the product. When I asked why it was now in stock, she tried to find one excuse after another. From allegedly the devices had just arrived to she can not see what is there in the computer ... everything was there ... but unfortunately no simple "I have not looked, sorry".
An appearance which leaves much to be desired and where no one needs to wonder why people prefer to order online than to go to the store.
We would like to thank Mr. Zornkau for his telephone advice and Mr. Koch for his on-site advice when we purchased a dishwasher. Both were very nice, open-minded and knowledgeable. Even the entire staff in the store was very friendly.
