warum ist die wartezeit, bis mir weitergeholfen wird, so lang? bis ihre sehr hilfsbereiten mitarbeiter mir helfen konnten, habe ich sage und schreibe 45 minuten warten müssen. ein paar mehr mitarbeiter schaffen da sicher abhilfe!!!
