Sie nimmt sich Zeit und ist verständlich in der Beratung. Ich wäre Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Vertragsabschlüsse nach Befragen auch in Papierform ausgestellt würden. Ich bin nicht so computeraffin. Auch gibt es Kunden, die keinen Computer besitzen.

Danke Herr Woltermann, das kann ich verstehe. Tatsächlich geht in der heutigen Zeit das Meiste digital. Die Verträge an sich und auch die jährlichen Abrechnungen können sie aber auch weiterhin auf Wunsch in Papierform erhalten. Melden Sie sich doch am Montag sonst gerne, dann veranlassen wir das so.
