Die Kundenbetreuung bei uns endet nicht beim Kauf. Dafür sorgt unser Auslieferungsservice und die Servicewerkstatt mit ihren erfahren Mitarbeitern. Sie installieren auf Wunsch des Kunden die Geräte vor Ort und stellen somit sicher, dass die Inbetriebnahme und Einstellung der Geräte optimal verläuft. Der Reparaturservice rundet unser Service-Leistungsspektrum ab.

ich kaufte im Juni 2019 ein Handy das durch Unverschulden nach 3 Wochen am Display kaputt ging. Reparaturzeit betrug 10 Wochen. Kosten 135,00 Euro. Das ist nicht mehr lustig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
