A very practical workshop. The “bridge technique” in particular made perfect sense to me right away—how to gently steer conversations with customers back to the topic at hand without being rude. Timm facilitates on an equal footing; it’s not a lecture-style class. Highly recommended for teams that interact with customers. What surprised me most was that we realized we’re already doing a lot of things right. Timm helped us see that. On top of that, he taught us specific techniques that work right away in everyday situations. The day was a real boost for our team—both professionally and personally.
