She responds individually to her clients and picks them up where they are at the moment. Together we then work on the presentation and/or voice technique, so that an excellent result is guaranteed and all uncertainties are eliminated. I did 1:1 communication/presentation coaching with Silvia which helped me immensely to improve my presence on stage and the effectiveness of my elevator pitch. Filming short sequences and applying the feedback right away was a game-changer for me. Also the reminder to structure everything around fact and benefit helped me to even improve just the introduction of myself. Next to that, Silvia is super professional, adapting to my needs, flexible and motivating. I can only highly recommend her.

The very positive "dealing with each other" and to respond to each participant individually, I liked very much. Each participant was able to take their own individual applications/solutions with them (home)*. 100% thumbs up!!!!

Silvia Pitz managed in a wonderful way to get everything out of us participants in the best sense. The learning curve in these two days was enormous. In addition to our own successes - there was also a "noticeable WE jolt" for the group / team.
